RoseStone had the privilege of working with Control4 to complete the installation of Control4 Suite Systems in every room at the Aria Hotel.
This project was designed with both the owner and tenants in mind. Nineteen Control4 thermostats run established heating/cooling schedules and are locked through the Control4 programming, complete with automated holiday & furlough day HVAC scheduling.

4 thermostats keep this showroom comfortable, along with HVAC overrides for the owner to take advantage of cool spring and fall morning air. Buffered motion sensors trigger lights to turn on and send "Intrusion Alert" text messages when the office is closed.

Complete audio/video system presets provides "All-On" & "All-Off". In addition, music and TV controls are simplified with custom groupings allowing on/off, volume control, channel switching, and more for individual TV sets and music systems.
